Will van Middendorp founded Next International Inc. in 2007 after holding progressive leadership roles with two of the world’s largest global staffing firms across the Netherlands and Canada.
Over more than two decades, he has partnered with boards, CEOs, and executive teams in industrial, engineering, and construction environments — building structured access to critical professional talent at every level, from Senior Project Manager to C-Suite, while developing a deep conviction that the industry’s standard approach to hiring was structurally broken.
The Ethical Talent Thief™ Framework is his answer to that problem — a workforce access methodology developed from real practice, refined over thousands of engagements, and operationalized through every Next International mandate.
